Stanley Johnson – Rewilding our Countryside

Broadcaster, journalist, author, conservationist, and now reality TV star, Stanley Johnson’s achievements are numerous.

He has travelled the world in pursuit of animal welfare and environmental projects, winning plaudits from Greenpeace, the World Wildlife Fund and the United Nations. In addition to his impressive track record in campaigning on environmental issues, he is a prize-winning poet and novelist.  His most recent publication, Kompromat, explores the skulduggery that may have been behind recent political turbulence. 

Stanley will talk about the threats to our ecology and the opportunities to preserve what is not only beautiful, but essential to our continued existence. Tony Whitbread, President of Sussex Wildlife Trust will support with information about locally endangered wildlife and positive developments to protect our environment.
