Developing creative projects with young people through schools and community groups is a valuable market for writers. How do you create these opportunities, and how can you, as a writer, offer something really unique and meaningful in your work with this age group?
Eve Ainsworth is an award-winning teen author, experienced school speaker and creative workshop co-ordinator who draws from her extensive work with teenagers managing emotional and behavioural issues to write authentic, honest and real novels for young people. Her acclaimed young adult novels include 7 Days, Crush, Damage, Tender and most recently, Lost, published in June 2019. These books explore real life, contemporary issues that are relevant to teens such as bullying, relationships, grief and mental health concerns. www.eveainsworth.com
