A Walk Along the River Adur with Dr. Geoffrey Mead
Sunday, October 20 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Meet at 9.45am outside Ropetackle Arts Centre for the walk.
Dr Mead will lead a guided ramble along the banks of the River Adur, explaining how the estuary has changed and been shaped over time.He will discuss the recent Tidal Walls scheme and the potential impact of climatic and environmental changes.
As Geoffrey’s walks are very popular, it is sometimes difficult to manage the numbers so we are limiting places this year and asking people to buy tickets in advance.
